Best Network Systems Inc. ("BNS") operates a performance-driven Connected TV platform that links CTV ad exposure to second-screen engagement, including mobile wallet interactions and post-view consumer actions.
This policy applies to BNS services, websites, APIs, and related platform experiences.
2. Scope
This policy applies to website visitors, end users interacting with CTV ads, mobile wallet users, business partners, and clients.
3. Categories Of Data Collected
BNS may collect device and technical data (including IP address, CTV device identifiers, MAID, cookie identifiers, browser/OS metadata, and session/network logs), advertising and engagement data (including impressions, timestamps, interactions, campaign metadata, and conversion events), second-screen and wallet data (including wallet pass identifiers, offer delivery, redemption, and survey/promotion interactions), and derived data (including segmentation, propensity scoring, and campaign analytics).
4. Purposes Of Processing
BNS processes data to deliver synchronized second-screen experiences, enable deterministic attribution from CTV to action, measure and optimize campaign performance, detect and prevent fraud and invalid traffic, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Legal Basis And Data Sharing
Where GDPR applies, processing relies on legitimate interests, consent where required, and contractual necessity. BNS may share data with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, measurement/verification providers, and infrastructure providers under contractual safeguards.
6. Transfers, Retention, Rights, And Security
For cross-border transfers outside the EEA, BNS applies Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards as required. Data is retained only as necessary for reporting, compliance, and fraud controls.
